Return label

You can easily and quickly return your packages.
You simply click on the above link and follow the instructions.
You can then print out your return label, stick it on the package and hand it in at the nearest parcel shop.

Packaging

Return your jewelery in the packaging in which you received it. Then we don't waste unnecessary resources and the jewelry doesn't get damaged;)

Refund

When I have received your package, your purchase will be refunded to the same account where the money was withdrawn.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your jewelery for a different colour, or for something completely different, remember to write it on the return form that must be enclosed. You then return your jewelery using the return label. Once I have received your package, I will send the desired jewelry❤️
