Return label

You can return your packages easily and quickly.
Simply click on the link above and follow the instructions.
You can then print out your return label, stick it on the package and drop it off at the nearest parcel shop.

Packaging

Return your jewelry in the packaging you received it in. This way we don't waste unnecessary resources and the jewelry won't be damaged ;)

Refund

Once I have received your package, your purchase will be refunded to the same account from which the money was withdrawn.

Exchange

If you want to exchange your jewelry for a different color, or for something completely different, remember to write it on the return form that must be attached. Then return your jewelry using the return label. Once I have received your package, I will send the desired jewelry❤️
